How far in advance should I book?
We recommend 2–4 weeks ahead for our most popular cabins, though last-minute availability does pop up. For peak season (June–August and December) booking 2–3 months in advance is wise.
What is included in the cabin rate?
Every cabin rate includes the property in full, premium linens, firewood, welcome provisions, concierge support, and access to our private trail network. Experiences and chef services are added on.
Are cabins suitable for solo travellers?
Absolutely — many of our guests travel solo. Each cabin is fully self-contained with full kitchen and amenities, and we offer optional solo experiences like guided forest bathing and sunrise yoga.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full refund up to 30 days before check-in. 50% refund 14–30 days before. Within 14 days, refunds depend on rebooking. We always try to find a solution — just talk to us.
Do you accommodate dietary requirements for farm-to-table experiences?
Yes. Our chefs work with you ahead of arrival to plan around allergies, vegan, vegetarian, kosher, halal and other needs. Foraging menus are tailored accordingly.
